- water of course
- white vinegar

- lemon
- Serrano chill
- African birds eye chilli which is the main ingredient
- garlic
- different spices for different flavours and hotness
and you simply just blend all the ingredients into one and then you have one bottle of Nandos and put on the fridge to refrigerate and then you have made PERI PERI sauce or can also be used as a marinade whatever suits.
