How the unique sauce is made to perfection
firstly the main ingredients inside one bottle of PERRI PERRI sauce is as follows
- water of course
- white vinegar
- onion
- salt
- lemon
- Serrano chill
- African birds eye chilli which is the main ingredient
- garlic
- different spices for different flavours and hotness
and you simply just blend all the ingredients into one and then you have one bottle of Nandos and put on the fridge to refrigerate and then you have made PERI PERI sauce or can also be used as a marinade whatever suits.

Basically the Nandos storys started along time ago when the expolorers went to the east in hope of spices and adventures on their travels.When they were in Africa under the beaming sun they had discovered a rare unique African birds chill or also known as PERRI PERRI.They then used the unique chilli they had discovered from Africa and used it to make there very own nandos PERRI PERRI sauce.A few hundred years ago a explorer invited his friend to a restauraunt in South Africa and this is where they tried the PERRI PERRI on chicken for the first time which was marinated in the sauce.He said it was love at first bite.Ever since the sauce has been widely used, ate and bought all around the world and can be found in every Nandos restauraunt around the world.The below countries are where it is popular the most around the world
